BOO! hello...very long never blogged liao...haha...slacking...i probably will blog less now since everyday is becoming more...uneventful. zzz. anyway went on an excursion on friday with my CCA...
ok. reached school at 9am and then try to finish up my carpet...yeah...we need it by nxt fri...for the open hse...its kind of a girls job but Mdm lim wants everyone to do it so that there will be more to exhibit...the strands of yarn from my carpet were kind of long lah and my cher wants it cut short...budden no matter how short i cut it she still wants it shorter...lol...by the time she's satisfied my carpet would fall into pieces...zz.
mdm lim was very good...she called McDelivery to our school...she ordered 30 burgers and 15 large fries (no soft drinks lah, only bottled water...cause sch only subsidise $3.30 per person for lunch) I ate 2 burger cause they are relativly small burgers (one McChicken and one double cheese burger) anyway many ppl, esp seniors did the same thing cause we only had 24 members going so there are 6 extra burgers
so, at 1 we departed to the 8Q sam (8 Queenstreet Singapore art museum) it wasn't worth the experience cause the paintings were not very nice...yeah.. most of them were drawn by an indonesian artist. theres also one room where there are just black and white pictures of dolls that just creep me out...another room was filled with projected videos on the walls about a 12year old girl running all over the place...not very creepy but i dun know why that want to put it there. anyway the one i'm most happy about is the chalkboard house where everyone can just write anything on it using the chalk provided...some of us including me started to make fun of my senior lah...hafiz...yeah...why? because he was kind of crack wierd jokes sometimes. on the journey to the 8Q museum he sat in front of me in the coach and started waving to nobody outside. i asked him who is he waving to and he said he is waving to the pontianaks in the trees and there seems to be dozens of them...lol. he also said about my funny things about these ghost i forgot...budden i was laughing my guts out then. anyway some of us went writing 'hafiz was here' all over the place. i wrote 'signed by hafiz, 7 nov 2008'...so hafiz started erasing those writings lah budden he missed a spot which wrote '哈屁來過這裏' (ha pi lai guo zhe li, sry arh dunno why my chinese words all fan ti zi) haha
the second museum was the mint museum of toy, and it was worth the experience. its exhibits about a thousand toys each at least 50 years old...the oldest one was a compass like toy from 1840s. the miraculous thing was the toys still look like their just 10 years old or even brand new and most of them can still work. furthermore these toys exhibited were just 1/10 of all the toys the curator had collected...there rest are in a warehouse in AMK. btw these toys are actually on sale but they don't come cheap...one toy cost at least 3K while the most ex one was 35K...it was a mickey mouse toy that is said to be one of the four left in the world. did u know that bugs bunny was originally purple? i didn't know that...we also saw the first barbie doll and also a poster tht cost 8K OMG. we sat on a 13K couch and also stood on a glass floor on te 2nd flooe where u can see the first floor haha..
