How time flies. How i wish i can start this year again. cause i think time flies too fast.
ok...i'm gonna say alot today, so i'll try to shorten things abit. we started the day off with an ss test...mrs tan didn't come. i think she's finally on maternity leave... the test was ok but it was rushed...didn't finish part c. wrote pretty short also.
Chinese lesson was mainly filing...there wasn't a huge pile of stuff to file, (unlike the Higher chinese students)so it wasn't messy.
English was pretty 'so-so'. got called up to present out stuff..genghao was struggling even though he had the script in front of him. He speaked pretty slowly too, and i had to cut in at the last 20seconds to say the conclusion.
E.geog lesson was taken over by Mrs wee. she gave back our exam scripts...got pretty good scores except for some...overall percentage is 74.1%. haiz...1 more mark to A1,i have never gotten A1 ever before for my overall percentage. English pulled me down alot, its worse than my chinese, have to make do sth to imporve it. I got 4 A1, 1 A2 and the rest is all B and C. Kristine damn pro...all distinctions. Dunno why she still like to compare herself with me.
After school we had bio spelling bee. The bus we took was very comfy. but we studied like freaks..never studied this hard for bio before -.- remembered terms like Vibrio Parahaemolyticus....Haemogglutanin and Neuraminidase -.- so, the preliminary round was pretty easy..and we had much confident and so does other schools...its like 1 one out of 11 chance we can get into the final and in the end, we didn't make it. lol. btw, which one doesn't exist? Alligator pox, Monkey Pox, or cowpox -.-
so bascially the competition was like we were given an ans sheet and the emcee will flsh the qns on the screen...its a one word ans and some of them were pretty easy like: Geylang, Mexico,Tamiflu, etc...some of them were diff..we also did a crossword and its super damn easy...lol...budden we never get in ..so sad. lol.
the final round was pretty boring cause we were not involved...the first puzzle of the final round i managed to solve budden the subsequent ones were difficult. We then left before the competition ends cause its kinda pointless staying. Our bus driver kinda lost his way in the Singapore Poly and it took some time to find us... the trip back was quiet... Kimli, Siying and I were like resting while Keith and Ms Farhana are discussing some CCA probs. seems like the sec 3 dun like one of their CCA teachers...
