Haiz...feel so lethargic right now. I think this holiday i damn lazy. Firstly, i sleep for like 10hours every night. Secondly, i haven exercised at all since i came back from Aussie :( Its pretty much eat sleep and do hw. Despite that I never gain weight -.- and i still have bio homework which i barely started a few mins ago.
Ok let me explain what happened these past few days. Thursday, Christmas Eve. went to City Harvest Church. Second time i'm there. Everything still weird and different for me. Hate the huge crowds of people. Damn scary. The service was pretty ok and enjoyable. Loved the drama. Budden when pastor kong led the prayer. it became kinda awkward.
Firstly, the lecture (or whatever its called) is very different from the ones I have in my church. My Church, the priests or lecturers are very calm and gentle and they build a connection between them and the audience through their smooth flowing speech. Budden its diffenet here because the Pastor was like pretty loud and he kept proclaiming and proclaiming the good news like he's leading an army or so. Abit awkward for me.
Secondly, When he prayed, he spoke in tongues. and the extremely awkward part was that everyone followed. In my church, speaking in tongues is a very rare and special gift that only a few have and over there, when everyone was doing it. I'm not sure if they are even speaking in tongues.
Sorry. I'm abit frank here. But that how I really felt. The Service was great though!
Christmas day. Went to my aunt's new condo for dinner. Her Condo is like quite high tech with the remote controlled lightings and all that but the bad thing is that it breaks down pretty easily and you can't really call any normal electrician to help you fix it.
Played billard with my cousins for about 2hrs in the billard room. I stink at it. All the guys lost to my 13year old sis :S damn pek chek
After that i rained and we had to delay or bbq. So we prepared some food to eat first just in case the rain doesn't stop. Eventually it did and we went down to bbq. the food was great! Damn delicious. Cokking was pretty easy cause the bbq pit ran on gas.
We returned back to the apartment for desserts and opened our present. After that we just talked and watched tv until midnight when we celebrated one of my cousin's 20th b'dae. So this christmas was quite a success.
Today. Went for a haircut. Finished My ss homework and barely started on my bio hw. then went to blog and wrote this post. :D
