Went jogging during the evenings. 3km in 17min 10s!! YAY. Can't believe it. Beat my previous score by like 2mins. I hadn't ran for about 2weeks liao due to my cough. Tot i'd be lousy after a long break.
I was practically sweating like mad after the jog. Its like rain like that, falling off my face like nobody's business :P
