OK I went to see the showflat yesterday on the MV resident but it was quite a disappointment due to the new rules and regulations. The showflat for the interior design is on opened to the public. The procedure to get a new house is getting quite complicated.
For example, yesterday was just an initiation day, as in doing all the paperwork and being introduced to the condo through pictures. Only Pictures. Then when we are happy, we have to submit a blank cheque (and trust these people at the same time) and they will give us a pass where we can visit the showflat a few days later. after that, when we are satisfied, we fill us the cheque with the deposit amount and in one way or another buy the house. Its complicated and i only know a rough idea of it.
So, in the first plce. we weren't keen on buying a house. Going to showflats is really like a family hobby. So when the sales lady was talking to us. We really lied our way though saying that we are buying. Furthermore, due to our disappointment, we act a little more hostile to her and asked lots of irrelavent question which makes her feel more frustrated.
In the end my mom felt bad cause we were wasting her time...so we left.
HAHA.
OK then i went swimming in the evening. The water was freezing cold and there was a dark ominous cloud covering all the sunlight. I hate it when there's no sunlight. However, on the bright side, the pool was almost empty cause i presume everyone else thinks its gonna rain, which it didn't.
ok gotta study now bye
